I'm not being biased because I'm an Indian, but it seriously is the MOST beautiful building I have ever seen. The building is pure BEAUTY.
It is said that a black-marbled Taj Mahal was gonna be made opposite to the existing white one, on the opposite side of the river Yamuna, but, IDK why they havent made one or if it's a myth.. But just the thought of black and white Taj Mahals opposite to each other, blows my mind..
..I find many other buildings amazing too -- Westminster Abbey, Eiffel Tower, Palace of Versailles, Pyramids of Giza - Great Sphinx, etc etc..

A lot of people say Taj Mahal isn't as great as it looks in pictures or that it's over hyped. I heard about that too Chinnu..the tour guides at the Taj Mahal have been saying that for years now.😆

Westminster Abbey just looks like an old building to me lol but maybe I see it too often, so I don't appreciate it enough. I was really disappointed when I went in the Eiffel Tower. It looks pretty at night from a distance, but inside it's just so..average. :\ The best part of that excursion was writing my name next to the toilets on the top floor.😆

Ok so favourite architecture? If you ever take a trip down Tunisia..you'll see how beautiful their houses are. Honestly, I never really take time to appreciate historical sites and articulate designs but it's hard to ignore the beauty of the country..probably because its beauty lies within its simplicity. The houses aren't built of marble or gold but there's something about the houses that is so attractive. If you go to the city of Sidi Bou Said, then take a look at the designs on the doors (they're all practically the same in the entire city)..nothing extraordinary but very pretty. :)
