that was a lapse on the part of the indian intelligence agencies, how is that even remotely related to this discussion at hand viz. ISI and Pak military involvment in terrorists activities?... it's well known how Pak plays both parties, just look at the state of Pak, it's a bloody state, it's terrorist state.
