Na na, ladies first.

I asked this questions specially for you.

But also to see if I can pick on the boys Xo, Debo,...Empti......😎

And you're not a lady?

I can easily name unclassy DM members ...

1) Believe
2) Qwerty
3) OBJ (God, I'm going to have to hear his rants all week now!)
4) Jonaki
5) Pink

I tried to stick to the active ones, although there are a lot more ... 😆.

I think there are a very few classy members - let me think about this one. 😆

having a uniform civil code won't restrict religious freedom, if anything, it guarantees every community the same rights under the constituition, so there's no unfairness/biasness with regards to civil matters.

How politically correct of you.

i see where you're coming from but i dont think it's a problem. i don't think having different civil laws for different religions is unfair or shows bias towards any religion.

I agree 100%. Separation of church and state means having a sovereign state that establishes laws of the land without any religious influence. Having religious codes of law like Hindu marriage act and Muslim marriage act, defeats the purpose of separation of church and state. A truly secular state establishes laws where everyone is treated equally irrespective of religion, ethnicity, caste, creed etc. How can you be equal if some people can marry twice, some people can marry once and such. India can never be truly secular until it gets rid of archaic laws based on religious distinction (that includes caste/class based laws).
