India not in Football WC

India being so HUGE ... and football being so popular in some states ... how come we dont produce quality footballers? ... why have we contineously failed for so many decades...

Simple, just as hockey is not funded properly in India, soccer is also not funded properly. Also, therefore many people don't take it seriously and the standard of soccer conditioning programs is much low compared to other countries. Therefore, India is only restricted to being the South-East Asian champions.

And currently India should be concentrating on cricket...2 loss to Zimbabwe?😲 Jeez😡

Whats the problem? Any Idea? .... lets not blame cricket for it ... Cricket is one game and football is another.... India should've produced ONE quality team till now atleast

We have a very big popularity of football in India.

foot ball is complicated and its not easy to know which foot to kick with.. and in that dilemma score a goal.. its not easy. with 2 billion feet u c,...that is why we are better off using a single stick.. and which is why we are hockey champions....😆

Hockey champions? In case you didn't know, India is ranked 12th in the world. And how can you demean the skills in hockey and cricket?
