One thing about words is that in it much energy and power seems to be hidden.

Mantras are a fine example.

They say words of a truthful person comes true. so they should be careful what they say.

The beauty of mental images is that we can see much more than the normal three dimensional images we see with out phusical eyes. Like computer ghraphics we can see it from all angles and is so much more alive. I must say in my early years I had to struggle to visualise but now it has become so much more real.

We can go for a walk on the beach all our minds, feel the soft sands, touch the endless ocean waves and taste the salt, say hello to the people walking and lazing, speak to the kids, touch the doggies, etc etc or climb a tree, go on a boat.
