😆true.

On the other hand I went to a 21st birthday party a few weeks ago and this guy just wouldn't leave me alone, very much in my face and it just makes you feel uncomfortable/akward/weird.
A lil flirting never did any harm but even those who have this 'ART' should know where to draw the line.

its kind of irritating when people still harrow u even if u have snubbed them. there r actually some people with very fragile ego who cannot take no for an answer.

It amuses me how some desi guys manage to twist somethings. Even the phirangi's are not as talented in twisting some simple statements.

Haha by desi's I don't mean FOB's, I mean British born Indians (or just desi's in general). The FOB's tend to be the one's that are slightly more pushy and more annoying.🤢Can't comment on the phirangis though cos I've only really had experiences with desis.

Thats when you start talking about your last stint at rehab. 😆 I guess in desi communities one has to beware of starting rumors on one ownself, but rehab stories are great repellents.
Ah been there and the way the desi community start rumours. Oh wow, it's like a lil chat up line becomes the biggest thing ever as if that guy is planning on marrying you or something eesh! But I also think it's a tad bit shameless of the desi guys to approach girls at community function meetings and stuff where aunty's and uncles don't hesitate to spread a rumour. On the other hand some may argue that if not there then where..=S

The art lies in knowing when to stop. If you give the wrong message or cross the line, its no longer an art.

I suppose I gotta agree with you on that one but there are certain situations where even the master gets it wrong. I could give a few example but don't want to write out my whole life story here lol.😛

I'm the kind of person who will never say a straight NO to anyone cos i feel really bad like even if they're nagging me. But if they start touching me or start messing about like that, then they really will get it! I agree though-some men have such an ego! and despite all the hints they refuse to stop flirting with you and trying to get your number or whatever.😡

FOB's terrify me. And the Desi guys in USA are also a bit yucky. I prefer the desi boys back in Bombay. Some of the desi guys abroad can be just despo. Desi events just seem to be an excuse to chat up girls. Even my cousin brothers do that. With phirangis you can at least have a conversation, without them thinking of marriage or hooking up. I think its probably because they are getting more action so they are not as desperate. 😆

Now you have made me curious on your life stories. 😆

I have a birth defect, I can never say no; however, hard I try - so that kind of is very distressing. Thankfully, though I am a very uncoordinated klutzy nerdy type so most guys avoid my type. Which is good because I'd rather spend my time kicking some at Mario Kart.
