Regarding becoming a mod or a part of the dev team we will surely consider Shakstar .As already mentioned we do not make anyone a mod on the fly and they need to be aviewbie first. The viewbie basically is the mod who is learning the ropes of the trade and seeing if they can manage will be promoted. The dev team look at criteria's of the person and also the section before we promote anyone. Its not just being active but also being neutral and able to manage people in times of conflicts that we expect from viewbies. Its need base that also drives the promotions. I shall raise this with the rest of the dev team and if there is a need and shakstar fits into what we are looking for we will surely promote him .

also, i agree with you guyz... i dont mind being either a coolbie/viewbie or a mod and i agree with the fact that u have to be either coolbie or a viewbie to be a mod coz thats the 1st step and u get to learn how to deal with such things... thanks soo much for ur support guyz. i couldn't have wished for such a good bday gift!
