Disappointed in judging

Ever since the gala episodes have started, I have become more and more disappointed in this show, more specifically the judging. After having seen shows like Dance India Dance, my expectations were really high from a show like this that had so much potential. But sadly, I have no expectations left for this show.

shiamak should be given some power to give some marks, like choose the man of the match or given the extra one point or something. but rani is getting all the powers. and i feel the most of the time when she gives the points she doesn't really look at the dance. on friday when desi pardesi's ruelle performed, she gave him an extra one because he played the guitar and sang a song for her. i mean come on!! this is a dance show, people should be judged for their dance not what they did for someone. and ruelle didn't even play the guitar, the guitar music was played, when he was singing his hands didn't even touch the guitar strings.

also on the first episode on uttar ke puttar and south's duo performance, annie was criticised soo much for her dance. on the other hand bindu from south was selected as the man of the match. yet uttar got more points because of their concept. i didn't like the performance at all, there was a guy dancing upside down, and annie dancing with him. but there wasn't much dance in it, cuz the guy couldn't move about properly as he's upside down, annie had more steps but she was very weak.
but south team's bindu was great, and the guy was not so bad either, and they had more dancing. so dancing wise, i felt that south was better on that round. but uttar was given more points because of their concept 🤢.
after the first episode, the judging got a little better, but still i wouldn't call it good judging. shiamak seems to be the most sensible judge their, but the poor guy only has the power to say if he agrees or not, and request to change the marks. but its in the others hands whether they want to change the marks or not.
