The attacking NEEDS to stop!

I am a silent reader who comments only now and then, but this forum is crazy. I love this show and like reading the topics on this forum, but lately, this forum has just been a war between Geeta and Terrence fans. It is getting to be too much. Everyone has their favorites, but why are people resorting to attacking and bashing? Can't people just agree to disagree and not keep spoiling the forum? In the end, this is just a show. Lets try and be respectful of of the mentors and the contestants and not attack them and each other. Even though the saying is "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me," I am sure we all know that this is not the case and thus we should try to not say things that we wouldn't want to be said about ourselves. We don't know what goes on behind the scenes at DID or how much of it is scripted. Thus attacking the mentors and contestants is doing no good. Enjoy the show for what it is and root for your favorite to win without bashing those who aren't your favorite!

Definitely! I can't understand why we need to jump at each others throats just for the sake of "protecting" our favorites. It's not like they're going to know it anyway. And even if they do, I mean it's pretty useless, it's not going to help anyone in whichever way.

On the other hand, I am always in for discussions. The more we do them, the more we develop our maturity and discussion level. The only worry is, some people do not necessarily understand the difference between the two, and once we all end up angry and frustrated, only fights will result out.

I think we all need to give each other some space. I've stopped commenting ages ago on others' bashing posts, unless they are directly directed at me. What's unfortunate though, is that try as we might, the mods will always have lots to do on this forum.

I have been tryin to say same thing, it is not the fact that if the fans fights, the mentors will stop doin what they do!

I soooo agree with you, i am a silent member as well. In post about any contestants, you see people bashing them, i agree that people are entitled to their own opinion, but not when it spoils the mood of the forum. I sometimes don't want to even take part in a discussion, as some people said above discussions are taken wrongly, and people get bashed.

I for one like Shakti, Dharmesh and Punit, Binny and Amar, i think they are all very good, can't choose 😉.

Anyhooo, coming back to the topic, i think i agree with the topic starter.

We are world's largest democracy so every body has the right to voice their opinion .

there is very thin line in post posted by some body where you can not differentiate between sarcasm and humour.

This forum is filled with shakti fans who can not take criticism on a positive node they neither tolerate any thing against terence .

apparently this topic didn't reach enough people. I come on the forum this morning and what is the first thing I see? "OMG, Geeta is such a b****. " and people calling her a talentless women and yada yada yada. RESPECT people, respect. Something we need to show others. All three judges on this show are there because they have talent and are well known throughout the film industry and India. Learn to respect her words and other people's words. It is ok that you don't like a certain person, but write constructive criticism instead of resorting to the use of bad words. It will take you a long ways in life.

Respect should never be one-sided. If geeta can freely criticise any contestant not in her gang, then why can't she accept criticism from other masters? This is what makes members so annoyed.
