Sync problem

Most of the dances(choreography) are good this season, but there is still a major problem and that is No Sync. when 2 dancers are dancing the least we expect is them to be in sync., but no. why is that happening?? I was just watching 27 march promo video where Dharmesh & Saajan were doing their routine and it was sooooooo not in sync. I felt like D was doing his part in one corner and Saajan doing his part in another . On the other hand Shakti & Punit were very much in sync. In a duet, synchronization is a must. But most of the times the contestants fail to obtain it.
How come the masters don't see this point?

and I am not trying to bash anyone, its just my observation.
