Posted this on the other thread, 😕Oh come on! Yet again Terrence in limelight for wrong reasons. It may well not be the way it is stated.
I dont think Terrence will get ridiculed because Jai gave credit to his mentor/teacher-Shaimak. In fact, there is nothing wrong in admitting that. Shiamak should be priveleged that despite parting ways Jai still gave him credit. Thats not taking away credit from Terrence at all and Terrence is mature enough to acknolwedge that. He met Jai and started mentoring him when he was already quite well established, and quite suitably Shiamak must have trained this guy. Why cant these people apply littte brains?
Tomorrow, I can acknowledge my teacher as well, that does not mean my mother will get offended. A guru does hold a high importance in a pupil's life.
Why didn't this fact get revealed much early on in DID? say during Boogie-woogie???
Perhaps, another way of Zee to thump poor Terrence, coz everyone is going to think that Jai insulted Terrence. On the other side, if Jai would not have acknolwedged Shiamak's importance, even then he would have been ridiculed for being a dishonest student
Its all a big gimmick.

But ir's just that after performing something that has been polished by Terence, he should not have given the entire credit to Shiamak ..

I believe he gave Shiamak credit for helping him reach where he is, not for the particular performance. I don't see what Jai did wrong. As I see it, it's quite obvious that he was thanking Shiamak for making a dancer out of him. I don't understand why the articles are always related to putting Terrence down. First Vrushali-Jai and now this one. I hope Jai's votes increase since the article states he did a great job and again something different and that too with perfection. I'm looking forward to his act as I haven't seen Jai do a lot of Indian.

I think we should wait for the episode to be aired. I don't understand why Terence ki toli is always getting negative vibes for small issues. Jai did nothing wrong in respecting Shaimak, from whom he have learned so much. It is just like Bhavna and Khushboo keeps on sayng "Dadaji ki jai". Its because they have trained under him. If Jai has trained under Shaimak, why can't he say that. This is ridiculous. I hope Jai is safe next week. Please vote for Jai. He is a good dancer and doesn't deserve to be out for wrong reasons.

I really trust the writers of this article, they always seem to dramatize the whole thing. The thing , which is always pricking me is, why do they come out with something negative for Terence and toli only ?
Even though Jai gave this superb performance, instead of their focus being on that, writers made a snide remarks about the relationship between Terence and Shamik.
I think they both are grown up mature men, they both run academies, it doesn't mean they are not in talking terms with each other. From other shows, whatever i have seen of Shamik, I've always found him to be a polite and cultured man . Just like I respect Terence, I respect Shamik too, and I am not ever their student LOL!
Well they will leave dancing, if they ever have to teach me.😆
This seems like a conspricy to me, against Terence and Toli.
You go Jai and Terence, You both are Fantastic dancers . I admire you guys.

I will be able to comment on the article after I see the show. But it does seem that Jai just mentioned that he woes it to Shamiak for his dance and the media haas made a big issue out of it. They did a big negative isseu about jai and Vrushlai's dance and we lost a good dancer in Vrushali and now wehn Jai is shining through, this is another way of getting him negative publicity and getting him out fo the show. Keep goin media...keep doing your dirty tricks...

Agreed completely. I believe nomatter whoever your guru is, you should acknowledge them as it shows courtesy and respect. Khushboo&Bhavna's guru was their dadaji, Jai just happens to have a very famous and amazing choreographer as his guru and wanted to acknowledge him. I RLLY don't see how that's a sin! it's not Jai's fault he can't yell out the slogan "dadaji ki jai"..maybe if he would've said "Shaimakji ki jai" things would've been different.
Plus, i'll wait for the show to air, only then can we know what's the big deal in Shaimak's appearance on AV and mayn do i wanna see Terence's facial expressions or what! My eyes will be glued to his expressions after Jai's performance to see if Terence gets upset or not!! and if he doesn't oh maynnnn i mma kick the butt of this writer so bbadddd!! 😡

to me this is just part of the entire conversation and I am sure that Jai will thank Terrence as well.....and Terrence will also acknowledge the significance of Shiamak's training in honing Jai's dance skills

Even if Terrence doesn't smile and behaves neutral after Jai's comment, it will be taken against Terrence. I don't see why these tellybuzz writers try to put Terrence down in some way or the other. First it was the fantastic act choreographed by him that was portrayed as vulgar and cheap. Reading such articles does influence the minds of certain viewers. Some people take these things seriously. On the aside, I am looking forward to the Terrence special and especially looking forward to see Terrence dancing.
