Yash, he is a man driven by his greed for vengeance. In his thirst for vengeance against the innocent 18-year old, Yash may end up spilling subtle hints if pushed to the rights ends. If Swadheenta can somehow manage to lay her hands on Radhika's stole that is with Yash, it will give her the chink that she needs in Yash's armour because in Asad's picture, she has seen the stole on him.
Interestingly, Suhasini was the one who brought Yash to court as a key witness. But the fact that she is having this conversation with him now and not before hints at her overconfidence and also tells us that Swadheenta is headed in the right direction. While she was quite often subdued by Suhasini during the hearing today, it was expected. But if you'll noticed, Suhasini didn't have many key things to say while refuting Swadheenta's arguments. Her main MO was to be loud and not let Swadheenta complete her statements. Which, btw, is a smart move by the CVs. It shows the way arrogant seniors tend to behave while dealing while juniors contesting their authority. Singhvi, during the earlier days, was another apt example.
Though the question is, will Suhasini see through Yash's ruse for what it truly is? Will Adarsh read between the lines of Yash's account of that night? Ideally, he has to. Otherwise, it doesn't make sense for this whole conversation to be taking place.
While Swadheenta is already at the crime scene doing her bit, it pains me to think the heartbreak that she will go through when she realises the brutal way in which Asad was killed and then fell from the building. She is one brave woman! I've never seen a character as realistic and as beautiful as Swadheenta on TV before, but I hope she is the first of many to come. Can't wait for tomorrow's episode. My guess is that CVs will use about two episodes to show three days. The third hearing will not be the final hearing of the case but it will surely be the gamechanger!
