Throughout the hearing, Adarsh had this lovelorn expression on his face as he looked at Swa, as if quietly willing her to come to her senses.

He loves her, of course. But he is sad and hurt because he hasn't started thinking logically, yet. Still in emotional limbo.

there dialogues doesn't go well with jaya's character. she was the one who convinced adarsh to talk to swadheenta after the slap incident. she was always shown to be understanding.

it seems that she has lost her mental balance after jaidev's acceptance.

Or the fact that he is convinced Asad and maamu are wrong. He needs to be shown that this does not have to be true. Then, he will work in overdrive to help Swadheenta. At the moment he cannot understand why she is fighting this case when they know that Asad killed Abhay. That is the problem.
