Looks like SwAdarsh's test will Be started from tonight ..
An IAS Officer Adarsh Sinha who has own identity needs to learn Dance form just to Become "Best student"
Anyone will be shocked knowing this but u know "Love can reduce anyone to anything" . his lady love is bound by promise "Marrying best student" so just to fulfil her promise he'll learn Dance form..
