The episode begins with reporters questioning Swa , persering her for replies, but she remains silent , she looks at the disappointed faces of the poorfarmers n their wives. The reporters announce Swa had no replies , Mr Singhvi the opposite lawyer said thay will win the case easily
In office Mr Sinha is having a meeting with his eldest son , their lawyer, and Asking Adarsh to hand over a certain tenders file to a new Addl secretary in Home ministry, who will hand over a certain file to Mr Ahuja
Adarsh says this work was against his principles, he says sorry to his dad
His elder bro says in business give and take was always done , they help others. and others help them
Adarsh says if Mr Ahuja wanted the tenders he should have used some other method
Adarsh's eldest bro tells Adarsh he should have in some NGO, he was in the wrong profession The eldest son tells his dad Mr Sinha that he will try to persuade Adarsh to do the work for them
Mr Sinha says Adarsh had become IAS officer but his thinking was small. It was useless seeking any help from him .
Adarsh over hears his dad and leaves the office feeling hurt n in low esteem .
He drives back , on the other side Swa is seen riding back home on scooty feeling very depressed .Adarsh stares at swa .
At home Swa Gets a SMS that her first hearing was over. She needed to theow a party
While driving Adarsh gets his mother's call and he shares his feelings with her, she supports him n boosts his morale
Maamu calls Swa and boosts her morale He asks her to visit the villagers. She is feeling hesitant to meet them , she should show them her intentions were genuine and good but the time was not right , thats why they failed , she agrees to go to the koradi village .
In the vilage the poor farmers discuss how there was no one to take a stand for the poor While the rich had their way.
They discuss how their lawyer could not speak a single word
Swa arrives the village , the vilagers are disappointed with her,but swa reassures them. But they refuse to trust her or believe her , They are disappointed with her and argue with her. Refuse to talk to her , Prakash also walks off disappointed Swa then goes to the kids playing with wet mud. They talk how all their houses were about to be pulled down/ broken , Swa assures them none of their houses would be broken .
At university Asad is with his GF Radhika She wants him to accompany her to a movie , but he is reluctant to watch a horror movie ., she challenges him to hold her hand , but right them their porfessor notices them , asad is scared, he pushes Radhika away to escape from sir's notice.
As Adarsh is driving back home he notices Swa on her scooty at a traffic point. He stares at her face turned away from him her open hair .. He moves his car close to her scooty. He tries to talk to her , tries to cheer her up n boost her morale. He tries to ask her for a date, but she gets annoyed , she scolds him for the situation and their location how could he just start offf like this anywhere anytime ?? As the lights change she rides away
As he tries to chat with him she replies to him PAAGAL , this makes him laugh out aloud
Swa reaches suhasini's office and barges inside despite her secretary stopping her Swa enters the office and tells Mrs Suhasini Sinha impatiently that she looked into the file that Mishra gave her but she did not find any clues ?? She asked her for help and advise .
Suhasini sends the annoyed secretary out and tells Swa that she was unhappy because Swa entered forcefully. That too with out prior appointment , she then remarks todays kids want everything Ready made served to them on a platter .
And advises her not to waste her precious time ,
Swa says she was just requesting some tips from her. Suhasini angrily asks how Did she think Suhasini will just point out the tips to her ?? How many times did she read this file herself ??
Swa says its was not like that , she did read many times and was working hard !!
Suhasini advises she will have to read 100 times , go on reading until she found a clue ,and prove her point and if she was scared of losing she should join some NGO .
Swa asks if she could not prove her point was she going to lose , was it just important to prove ones point !!
Suhasini agrees .

Adarsh calls depressed Swa and offers to help her. Swa jumps at the offer, as he says in cases lile these generally lawyers needed bureaucratic help, he asks her to meet Shukla at the office , she asks who was he. Adarsh smiles and says shukla was just a small ckerk but he was very positive and would be of immense help to her case She readily accepts and thanks him with a smile , adarsh too smiles that she finally thanked him and accpeted his help .
