Hope you like it :) The story is kinda like an Alternative ending to the 5th Episode of Beauty & the Beast, Season 1 Episode 5 ("Saturn Returns"). Vincent is conflicted about whether or not to show up. This liaison of their's beautiful as it was, would eventually destroy them both. So he decides he'd rather let her go than take her down with him. Catherine, who spends the entire night waiting for him to show, on the other hand, thinks Vincent stood her up as she blows out the candles, dejected. Of lost time and happiness held back.
