
During investigation, it came to light that for last two years Sania had been working at an event management company Mosaic Events and Promotions run by one Sarosh @ Zeeshan resident of Bandlaguda and Husna Khan r/o Mehdipatnam - both are directors of the comapny. The main function of the company was to arrange boys and girls to serve food at event organized by any agency/company. The deceased Sania was one of the employees of the company who developed relation with Zeeshan who already had intimacy with Husna Khan. When the deceased developed close intimacy with Zeeshan, Husna Khan developed jealousy and bore grudge against Sania and decided to eliminate her 10 days back. She engaged two persons namely Mallik and Rehan.
According to the Police, at about 7 pm on 10th April Husna Khan, Mallik and Rehan went to the deceased's residence in one vehicle TATA GOLD Bearing No. AP-10-W 5943 which belonged to Rehan's father. They picked up the deceased Sania in presence of Sania's mother at her residence informing that they were going to attend an event on business deal. They filled fuel at Mehdipatnam petrol pump and also purchased petrol in a bottle and from there they went to Mandara Hotel and had dinner. From there, they went to the outskirts of Tolkatta village of Moinabad Mandal and identified no man zone and killed Sania by putting cloth on her nose and mouth. All the three accused brought the deceased to Gandipet and tried to burn the body by pouring the petrol on her body and lighting fire. In the meantime a police patrolling party reached the scene and put off flames. By that time the accused had fled the scene in the vehicle.
According to the police, accused no. 1 Husna Khan killed Sania by smothering with cloth, while accused no. 2 and 3 Mallik and Rahan caught hold of the deceased's legs and head and assisted in killing her. Police have also seized the vehicle used for committing of offence.
According to the police, all the three accused have confessed their crime and they were produced before the court for judicial remand
