I first print-screen a you-tube video by pausing it at a particular bit

Copy to word and crop it to remove the black bits

and i tried to copy paste it here but it didn't work

You will have to save that image in Paint as a jpeg. Then upload it to minus.com or imgur.com or photobucket.com and then use the direct link from that image between the code [ IMG ] and [ /IMG ] without any of the spaces.
