Andrew Symonds does it again

Andrew symonds took a grounded catch that claimed Chamara d'silva's wicket off Bracken's ball.He knew it,but honest that he is did not bother ,nor did the umpires refer it to the third umpire......the moral of the story is duniya idhar ki udhar ho jaaye but old habits die hard....in this case Andrew.

yeah...the catch was grounded...
but i think more than symonds, it was the umpires' fault!
I mean...I don't think Symonds could have seen that the ball had touched the ground(sometimes u dnt get to know it if your eyes r not on the ball like wat happend in Rashid Latif's case). But the umpires should hav referred to the third umpire.I mean wat's the use of the tv umpire n his tv wen u r not going to bother them? 😕

why even bother with a 3rd umpire if ur neva gonna use them? do sumthin stupid like that in football in UK and u will constantly be penalised for makign such a stupid mistake and like others have shown, most of them leave the job after realising they are completely unsuitable and unworthy!
I hope umpires do so too.

i wud never defend him...coz I still remember (n how can i forget) wat happened wid Rashid bhai......he actually did not see the ball touching the ground and thought he had caught....the batsman was given out and later, rashid bhai was banned!!😕😡😡 y dont they ban these players who do such things today?😕😡 More than the fielder, they should ban the umpires!!😡

😆😆...sorry nimra..i totally confused you i think by calling u sonu(my niece's name)😆....i agree wid u.....the way things r moving...simon taufel is retiring by March...we 'll have a dearth of good umpires.....i do not have high regard fr either rudi or darryl harper...infact my fav fearless umpire is aleem dhar..lov him😉

yeah...same here! I don't regard any of the umpires highly except for Aleem dar and Simon Taufel.....they both r the best umpires in the world!!👏
I hope Simon taufel does not retire in March....I mean..his retirement wud leave us wid a panel of stupid and kinda ineffectiv and inefficient ppl...🤢(barring Aleem Dar)We can't afford to lose any of these two(Aleem n Taufel)!! The other umpires are there just to fill in the blanks in the elite panel!😕🤢

if Taufel retires in March, then there wud b a chance for some1 else to win the Best Umpire Award (most probably Aleem Dar).....still, I don't want him to retire....coz I can imagine where the world of cricket will b standing in the next few months after his retirement!!😒

yes nimra you r right......today too i feel sachin's leg before desicion was faulty too....the umpire raised his finger before the full throated appeal by bracken🤢😡
