Fletcher standing down

Hey guys, I just read on BBC Sport that Fletcher will be standing down after the WC. I have to say I think it had 2 happen, after England played so rubbish in the Ashes, getting beaten 5-nil and now such a poor WC campaign where Ireland beat more test nations that England, somoething had to happen.

My major problem is, that I don't know who will come in, long-term, to coach England. It will need to a better coach, maybe Tom Moody, but i hope they don't just make the head of the national acadamy coach, coz that defeats the point. He has had no experience at international level.

We are not boring, just suck at top level compared to others,😳 but well cricket isnt our game, and we are begginning to sux at football too, so whats our game exactly rowing every 4 yrs at the Olympics?😆
