Thanks for the tag Madhu!smiley31

If Dunith Wellalage is back in Dubai, then he may feature in the playing 11. Just my guess.

All the best to both teams.

Cheers..

After 12 matches, we are down from 8 teams to 4 teams. We witnessed plenty of one-sided encounters, a couple of close games, gritty performances from the Associate nations and some off-field drama as well. The previous results don't matter as the points don't get carried into this round. On that note, hello everyone and a warm welcome. It's time for the Super Fours. And, first up, it'll be the clash between two teams that progressed from Group B.

Whenever these two sides clash some thing or the other happens to make it spicy.

Two days ago BD was rooting for SL to win their last group match against Afghanistan so that BD can reach Super 4s. Now that they are in Super 4s BD wants SL to lose at any cost so that they can have a chance in the finals.

Either way, we are in for an interesting match.

Cheers..

Sri Lanka are one of the two unbeaten sides in the competition. Their campaign kickstarted with a convincing 6-wicket win against today's opponents. They survived a scare against Hong Kong before acing a tricky run-chase against Afghanistan. Three successful chases in as many chances and the most pleasing part would have been their batting clicking in the previous match despite Pathum Nissanka's failure. While the top-order has done the bulk of the scoring for them in the recent past, their middle-order had a good outing against Afghanistan. Can Dasun Shanaka join the party as well? It'll be interesting to see what they do with their bowling. Dunith Wellalage, who returned home to pay his last respects to his late father, has rejoined the team. But Sri Lanka could bring Maheesh Theekshana in place of him.
