A helium-filled balloon moves up. This means that there is some force in the upward direction on the balloon. But what is that force and what applies that force? Gravity always pulls the balloon down. Then, how does the balloon move up?

As pressure at higher altitude is less and thus Because of the lower pressure, the air expands as it rises, which causes it to cool. Thus, high altitude air is cold, which causes temp to drop. 😊 an i right?😃
