N-Gage game help

i was wondering if any of you have played the sims bustin' out on nokia n-gage? if you have could you help me as i'm stuck on one part of it? you know the goal which includes pick the lock, find a ghostly gift, increase logic and answer the ghost's riddles? well, i can increase my logic all right, but every time i go to pick the lock the option of pick the lock is still there and the door doesn't open. as for the ghostly gift i can't find it but i do find an urn down in the pipes. and how can i answer the ghost's riddles if i can't pick the lock? please help me...
