Br
Something Like this and its reacting with water not hydronium ion.

Replace Br by OH. That will be one product. The other product is HBr

So you removed Br and put OH in its place? If so, then the answer should be correct.
But if it does not work, then try replacing Br by H2O+ (May be website expects it as OH2 + or some other way.)
This is because Br is replaced by H2O+ in the first stage and may be you have to answer only for the first stage.
Seeing other questions.

It still is wrong. It just says the reaction is SN1 and product is neutral. 😭

Yes the reaction will be SN1 because of steric hindrance. But the result should be the alcohol i.e. replace Br by OH.
I am really not sure why this is saying wrong?
Both SN1 and SN2 will give the same final product. The difference is in the mechanism. But question is not asking about mechanism.

See this image. Is this the answer you entered?
Note that there will be both substituion and elimination reactions. But I have given result for only substitution because question mentions substitution.

There will be both SN1 and E2 reactions.
SN1 reaction will produce what I wrote in previous post.
E2 reaction will produce 2-methyl-2-butene as shown below.
In fact, this 2-methyl-2-butene wll be the major product.
