Is migration from one university to another in India very difficult?....I am trying my luck to get admission(directly in second year) in IP University, and even Delhi University. A college affiliated to IP University just suggested me to get a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from my current institute. Would I get in a problem if I take admission in that institute.......
