Probably in the crime scene there was no table or any of that items in the table that were mentioned. Maybe the victim commited suicide by hanging?

But soni there is written that he acp sir suspended those rwo constables without going to the crime spot, and there anything mentioned present or not or how the person murdered wahan ja k pata chalna tha so I have kittke doubt in it, but answrr mje khud bi nai ata 😛😆

I think I have got it.. The first line of the report is 'when we reached the murder spot' and the report ends with 'the man appears to have suicide'.. If the constables really visited the place of incidence they wouldn't give contradictory statement..

Maybe because ACP sir did not find the list of items given in the FIR when he searched the spot or more possibly since the constables did not visit the spot how could they write accurately all the information regarding the man's age, the placing of things like table and bed. So when ACP sir went there, the information in the FIR did not match with the things he saw there.

Page 13 & 14 are supposed to be front and back & not side by side ... So it isn't possible for one to see them together .. Thus it's a fake report ..

bcz evidence murder spot se uthane v hote hai...
constables ne sirf fir likha..bt evidence acp sir ko nhi die...lyk poison bottle...iis lie shayad acp sir ko un dono pr doubt ho gya hoga

When we reached the murder spot, the door was open. A man aged about 40 -45 was found dead on a chair. The light and fan are on. There's a table in front of the dead body.
On the table the following items were found.
One opened bottle of poison, one half filled drinking water bottle, one pen , one open book showing pages 13-14, one table top calendar opened showing date as June 10, one 5 rupee coin, one notebook.
There is also a bed in the room.
The man appears to have committed suicide.
