I used to score well in bio(full marks actually) but I remember how I used to cry before all my bio exams fearing forgetting everything right there..so I was sure of not taking up this subject.

@Himani.. Exactly.. It's mugging but if understood well then the point of 'mugging' doesn't come up..It sure is a tedious task of remembering which symptom is for what and the horrendous part in Applied biology is remembering how many litres of milk a cow gives annually or how many eggs a hen lays 🤣

I so freakingly love biology and physics..

Biology is synonymous to mugging. Gosh! I crammed a lot in last two years and am still doing. And those fathers of every branch and even of the sub branches are the most annoying thing in bio for me. I just hate learning their names...

I agree here with you that the interest the lectures create is found no where when you yourself study but at the same time I can't deny that once you are done with a chapter or topic, there is nothing more interesting than that.

@Mini.. I look at it once, try to form mnemonics with each step of a reaction, if I can't well (I remember it somehow with my friend's names 😆) and then write once.. bas ho gaya 😃

Biology is a subject that tends to make you like that.. 😆

I chose biology over computer science coz my interest is i n medicine 😳

Agree but you can't reason most of the times like you can in maths, chemistry and physics.
