This thread is being opened after observing since a long time how hurtfully some fans bash other actors; for example, fans of Daya sir unhappy with the D-S pair abuse not only Shreya but even Purvi (for what reason, I simply can't understand?😕). And this said bashing generally takes place not directly but indirectly whether through sarcastic posts in some caps thread, written update thread, episode discussion thread, appreciation threads of the concerned person, or if this does not help then by writing stories in which their targeted character is insulted and humiliated and bashed.

Is this behaviour good??😲

If we really want a good healthy forum and great interaction between members, shouldn't we at least respect the fact that our non-favourite characters also have their own fans and will feel bad if we bash them?

There are certain very senior and respected members of our forum, who knowingly or hopefully otherwise, have made some CID characters look very dumb and downright disrespectful in their stories, portraying them in a very hurtful and humiliating manner. And I have seen comments on the stories desiring for the said characters to be killed or hung to death. While all of us are fans of the stories, we are not a fan of such intentional disrespect. How will you feel if someone writes stories portraying duo or trio in such a manner? I don't want to take names or post links, but the concerned people know who they are.

In some recent interviews of actors other than our Famous Five, the comments section was filled with comments like "Can we please have interviews of the REAL CID aka trio, Dinesh sir and Narendra sir?" Some others always ask FW to give them the REAL CID by kicking out everyone except Famous Five. According to many people, only Famous Five are the REAL CID. I love Famous Five as much as everyone, but I just want to ask, it is nice to disrespect in this way the contributions of the other actors who also put in so much efforts in the shooting? Taking an example, Purvi performed such difficult stunts in Sammohan Se Hatya and CID Ki Kidnapping, yet did a single person praise her? And how many comments do we get blaming her hairstyle or dress or something? We know many actors visit this forum in their free time, how do you think they will feel if they see such comments?

Please do not label them "extras" or unwanted garbage... see how much Vineet was bashed after he entered but now that he's left, so many miss him. We only realize the true worth of someone when they are gone.

I want to mention that it's the writer who creates the stories, dialogue writer who Hands dialogues, directors who ask actors to work accordingly, costume department which provides the dress, make-up people who apply makeup and Hairdressers who gives hairstyles...And etc etc..

And yet some fans bash the actors personally because of mistakes from those departments. Why is it so?

Give actors time to develop. Please appreciate or at least respect everyone. We all love our Famous Five but CID is also a show of other characters, they are also very much a part of the REAL CID. And agreed CID is a Male Dominated Platform, but please appreciate female cops too. And it is not good to constantly compare them with the Golden Era team, Tasha or anyone else. Every character is an individual and should be good in their own way, not a clone of anyone else.

Sorry if anybody was offended by this post. New Year means new beginning so let us leave all these bad things and start a fresh new year 2014 with good things in mind. So with this post wishing everybody in this Beautiful Forum a very Happy New Year 2014.

If u cant appreciate her at least respect her as a human being. Respect our feelings.
I dont want u to praise her every now and then but at least dont bash her
If u dislike her please dont discourage her fans to do the same and instead of publicly bashing i suggest you keep your feelings to yourself.
We Purvi fans never said anything but the limits are crossed.

I myself have always been against some of the officers, but it's mainly those who have never been given a proper standing or who replace the better officers. To name two: Nik and Pankaj. Srishti as for the discussion in the FC...really you shouldn't bring that here. What is discussed in a FC should stay in the FC. That's why there is a separate forum for it. And as for their discussion on Purvi I know that they mean no harm and it can be taken in different ways by everyone.

Now I read that you're both quite sad at the way Purvi is treated on the forum here. As far as I can tell most people here respect her. Just check the EDTs from this weekend's episodes. I read at least 4 different people saying how sad they were at the way Purvi was sidelined in the show. I don't see how that leads you to feel that you are offended.

But as for your request...for me the CID team nowadays is represented by the Five + Sachin + Purvi. I have never liked and never will like Tarika, Shreya, Nik, or Pankaj. Pankaj is funny so I don't mind him, but Tarika, Shreya, and Nik I do have a problem with and I guess I've made it vocal several times.
