50% people respond negatively to any new changes because they are used to old structure.. and if everyone takes action based on their customer response we would still be in stone age... !!

As time passes... people get used to the change... and adding a new change makes them feel the old change(they complained about) very user friendly .. and they end up complaining about latest change. Like we complained about Sachin initially and then moved to Nik and then to Suraj & Pankaj... and now.. we are ok with all of them.. because we got new stuff D & S to complaint about 😊

We will get used to this also when something new again comes up. 😊

Hehehe .. maybe I'm one of those few who is still not ok with Sachin,Nikhil,Rajat,Shreya etc 😛 .. maybe Pankaj and Purvi .. I find them ok .. even Sachin a tiny bit .. but the rest no 😛

i would have agreed if there were any good changes in cid.
People are criticizing the bad ones.Not every enterpreneur stays so ignorant to genuine criticism. They work upon improving it..atleast good enterpreneurs do.😆
