Dear diary , oh my friend of despair
I come to you , for my cake of destiny share
Yes that little cream of happiness which surrounds my life's cake
That little topping of sorrow , guilt and tears that i bake
That small light minutes of joy and fun
That little events which make me learn
My mind's situation at the time of trouble
My sweat and hardwork at the time of struggle
My heart's silent cry due to a happening on a certain day
My anxiety over a friend due to her behaving in the wrong way
My elation with a small appreciation
My excitement of a trip with friends on a certain location
My little creation with a pen
My stupid talking about certain women or men
my silly wishes or a certain fight
my daydreams which i sparkle and paint bright
some shocks, events or examination result anything it would be
you are always there with me
Everyday these spicy and sweet snacks of life to you , i serve
As my life takes different sorrowful or adventurous curves
My heart's condition decorate itself on one of your soothing page
As it expresses to you her reason of smile , guilt , exitement or rage
And soon you turn yourself as a stage of expression
And helps my pen enact its every situation
At the end of the day whatever i feel
Whatever i see as my camera of life reels
I pour out and you accept , with words of consolation at last
Providing me with an energy for a very new start
Today i come to you , with feelings true
A sweet smile lights up my face as i say a thankyou to you
Thanks for always being such a nice friend of mine
For never leaving me alone any time
Whatever be the climate of the day
Whether it rains or hot sun makes its way
A big thankyou i say again
