They could have still thought of killing aakaash...And not take risk of aakaash's heroism

Come on everyone...get real...do court cases in India finish off in one hearing? This is no Adaalat.Court cases drag on and on and on. The first day he was taken to court, but the defence lawyer didn't call him...or maybe he did something to buy time and prevented Aakash from giving his statement. Then it dragged on and on...then Sia was kidnapped, so the CID team tried to buy time from the court...this is no loophole at all. In fact it is much closer to reality.
When did 26/11 take place? 2008. Ajmal Kasab is still happily sitting in a jail receiving 5 star treatment. 😆. Court cases don't finish so fast.

Come on Vissy... you cant cover up all the time.. Didnt you listen to the dialog what the public prosecutor said...He said.. he needs only one person to come over and tell the truth..the first and last person... and that was aakash... If aakash had said the same thing in the first hearing too... then the case would have got closed that day only just like they showed yesterday ...

and the 1st chance is given to the public prosecuter... not the defence lawyer ... did you even see a defence lawyer yesterday???? the court started and within seconds aakash was called and done... thats how it was yesterday ...

Now what on earth were they discussing in the 1st hearing... ??

Yeah.. the lady was so quick confessing... and also supported CID.. 😆 I think team didn't even require searching for her.. in another 1 or 2 days she herself would come and surrender 😆

Well... one thing that was good.. was,,, Maa didnt come back 😆😛

I cover up when there's some amount of logic.
Daya and ACP went with Akash to the court. They were waiting. Suddenly they got a call about Abhijeet being shot. Will the continue the case or will they rush to see what happened to Abhijeet?
The hearing would have been stopped immediately because the witness's daughter has been kidnapped and that's a serious issue.
Then CID team would have tried to buy time, so that Sia is found and then they can proceed with the case. But the defence team would have put their foot down and said that its a month now, so you canot prolong it forever.
This is perfectly logical.

Hats off to Adi sir !!👏 He was out of this world⭐️

True!!!.. Even I felt that 1 month gap wasnt needed at all... We don;t even know what happened to abhi sir which took him only a month to recover 😆

and that 1 month.. CID couldn't trace the terrorist... but once abhi sir recovered ... it took them just 1 or 2 days to trace the terrorist...😆

They should have directly shown the hearring in parallel with Abhi sir in hospital... and the death of the girl very next day to the shoot out... and then they could have continued to search for the terrorists but could not find one... and later whenever Abhi sir woke up.. he should have had a solid clue which would lead him directly to the terrorists(not a child coming his way and telling the car number, the kid had seen Daya sir too he could have informed the same to him too) and then continue with the search and catch the culprit and god only know which terrorist would stay in the same place even after a month 😕

Please read my last comment on the previous page.

Look Asto...you give 5/5 and suddenly start going through a microscope to find loopholes as if you are a hacker and your success depends on finding a way to hack into a system.
Fine...I don't want to give any more explanation. If you take it as 'defeat' on my side, no issues. I have no ego. 😆
For now I just want to enjoy the moment...I loved what I saw and I don't want such discussions to spoil some of my nice memories.

It would be a 50-50 situation.. one runs to see ABhi sir.. and one stays for the hearring... and i am sure they wouldnt stop the hearring because daughter was kidnapped... It took them such a long process to take aakash to the court.. and they just chuck him there and run towards Abhi sir.. come on.. Abhi sir is a cop... and a civilian who is a witness for a bomb blast is much much important than a cop,,,,

and if you still say that the judge was caring for the 3rd person(sia who is out of the court)... in that case.. they should have shown a defence lawyer .. who actually put out some trouble.. Did you even find a defence lawyer in the court.. as far as i remember i saw that seat empty...

Its like on day 1 they feel Sia is important and 30 days later.. they think she suddenly became unimportant.. as far as i remember court follows rules in the book and not sentiments.. either they would wait till sia was found or they would never give him time

No Asto...in a court even when the hearing is on, if the main witness is being threatened by kidnapping his daughter it will be taken very very seriously.
Will Akash sit there to give his statement or rush to see if his daughter is safe? Come on, he's not a robot!!!!

yes i gave a 5/5 for SS & Christie as they have this awesome power to mask people's eyes and lure them to watch and love the case.. what ever silly stuff they show... 😆 They did a great great job.. i mean.. they are really good story writers.. afterall their task is to keep one glued to the screen and praise them..ignoring all the silly stuff

😆

yes.. Court might have some rule in its book to take a break if the witness is in danger.. then.. the witness was in danger 30days later too.. so court broke its own rule and let sia get into danger?

Yes...the defence can step in and say that the delay is too much and prosecutors are not able to get any witness against our client, therefore close the case. There will be a reasonable amount of time allowed.
Court also has human beings...even a judge is not a machine...law is not completely blind and inhuman.
