now that is no small loophole ... The whole story was based on that guy going to court... Friday daya sir was 15 mins away from court and then it took him one month to make aakash reach the court... 😕 and this time aakkaash happily walked in to cid bureau..and court As if the terrorists were happy kidnapping the girl...why would the terrorists take chance?? They could have still thought of killing aakaash...And not take risk of aakaash's heroism
Come on everyone...get real...do court cases in India finish off in one hearing? This is no Adaalat.Court cases drag on and on and on. The first day he was taken to court, but the defence lawyer didn't call him...or maybe he did something to buy time and prevented Aakash from giving his statement. Then it dragged on and on...then Sia was kidnapped, so the CID team tried to buy time from the court...this is no loophole at all. In fact it is much closer to reality.
When did 26/11 take place? 2008. Ajmal Kasab is still happily sitting in a jail receiving 5 star treatment. 😆. Court cases don't finish so fast.
Come on Vissy... you cant cover up all the time.. Didnt you listen to the dialog what the public prosecutor said...He said.. he needs only one person to come over and tell the truth..the first and last person... and that was aakash... If aakash had said the same thing in the first hearing too... then the case would have got closed that day only just like they showed yesterday ...
and the 1st chance is given to the public prosecuter... not the defence lawyer ... did you even see a defence lawyer yesterday???? the court started and within seconds aakash was called and done... thats how it was yesterday ...
Now what on earth were they discussing in the 1st hearing... ??
