Hi All,

Welcome to the first round of voting for the CID banner contest - June-July 2012. First of all thanks to all participants for the overwhelming response. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Now we start the voting process. Since there are 38 banners, we will need at least 3 rounds of voting to decide on a clear winner. It's sad that only one banner can win this contest, therefore the winner has to come through 3 rounds of voting.

In the first round please vote for 8 of your favourite banners.

Votes should be of the form

My votes : 5, 7, 10, 15, 12, 30, 36, 27

The top 8 will go into the next round. The last date for the first round of voting is next Monday - 9th July 10AM IST.

Here are the banners. I am posting the banner image as well as the URL of the banner, so please take your time, visit the banner URL, view it in full size and then take a decision.

Disclaimer : I don't remember who sent which one. There are so many banners as you can see...I have not decided based on who has sent the banner.

my votes : 5,26,31,17,25,30,19,3

phew .. this was really tough .. everyone's done a great job ..
there were some i really liked .. but then some had grey haired ACP sir . and since my outlook is looking for the ones with the most recent versions of the cops I didn't vote.
Some were similar to each other while some bunked Taarika (i wish i could appreciate this 😛 )

but overall A really good work by everyone .. I had to take help in choosing my top 8 😆
