I usually take it from YT. I pause the episode at a certain point. Click Print Scrn on my keyboard and then save the cap. Then you post it to a photo sharing website and use the direct link here.

You have 2 choices:

1. Post the image in Word, crop the image, and then save it on Paint or Photoshop.
2. Take caps when the video is fullscreen.
