This made me think that kannada is similar to marathi, because ''jasti'' and ''traas'' are also marathi words with same meaning.

I don't know why I did this at all!!!!

My maid wanted a mobile. I got her a cheap one from flipkart - costing 900Rs when I ordered mine.

She has no idea how to operate it. She cannot read the instruction manual. She wants to store all her relatives' numbers in it. I have to type all the names in English and this lady cannot read English. So I just stored the numbers under the first letter of the names. I am teaching her to recognise these letters. There are one G and V who keep calling her every day. Now there's another person whose name is starting with G. I am at my wits' end as to how to tell her the difference between the G1 and G2. At least this way she has started learning A B C D...

I have to teach her how to open contacts, open missed calls...and then she gets several smses...and she wants me to read every sms and explain what it is...some stupid Hello Tunes promos and what-not.

Now there is one HDFC bank mobile alert which is coming on her phone...some absentminded person in our country has given my maid's number by mistake for his/her mobile banking. Whenever s/he withdraws money she's getting an sms. I read out the smses and she's worried whether police will arrest her for getting a stranger's bank account details.

She thinks it's the fault of the handset which I bought for her.

🤣 Oh My Goooddd..
Cant she read any language?? You can change the phone language to something which she can read. Atleast she'll be able to recognise the contacts.

Wahi toh galti kiya...the phone was purchased online from Flipkart. It has only Hindi and English keypad. She can't read it. There's no Telugu option in it.

Yes Chinnu...this is the one I bought...it is 990.
