Le's think about merging the three, ie Help desk, sugg and queries 9if possible) with rules .

Leave the sticky topics. it doesn't matter as there will be place even after sticky to new topics if we cut down IMP topics.

We can have IMP topics

1.Picture gallery

2.Creatives corner

3, 4, 5 archives

6.new merged thread

7.Queries (Optional)

forum Topics

If there is no contest..

7 Normal topics !! in first page.

You know what... I never go to the forum page... The main happening topics... I.e top 10 topics are on overview page... And i mostly open that page only... in case i am looking for a specific thread then i go to the forums page...and pull the topics not on overview page...
