They were fancy heels. No one wears such heels in office

Yeah.. even i wondered the same... but then i thought Dr Sumeeth present there was the villain Dr.

But i loved the way Abhi sir..reacted for his heart beat 😆

One thing i must say, FW has used Kidney angle many times... & last night's case was being very similar to Lapata kidney... Abhi in hospital... Tarika disguise...

although the case was excellent... except the twin twist... how came they did not meet each other?
