Drink plenty of water... eat fruits like mango, watermelon, papaya...

use umbrellas & caps while out in the sun... u can keep sunglasses also

Well today the house is desreted.. My parents are out for some emergency work...Everybody else is absent.. I am making full use of the absence by logging in now... 😉
