was watching nanhi gavah... u know wat... legally they wudnt have allowed the child to go n live wt an uncle whose own mother was a killer...the way the child was handed over without approval or paperwork is unrealistic and not legal...

Well the girl is an orphan if the uncle hadn't come up ... it's actually not allowed for a single male to adopt a girl child now ... he can sponser but not adopt ... so coming to legalities even Abhijeet sir can't !!! so it's better we ignore the technical thingy and enjoy the beautiful emotional side of the episode ... Nanhi Gavah is an episode everyone would love 😃
