Case of Vanishing Lady
Just wonderful case...there is no laash & it is full of Abhijeet sir...he is always superb as a leader...it's very simple story...but very well directed...when I watched these classic episodes I'm very much disappointed with recent cases...in this case there is no murder...but it's really good episode...investigation part is too good...specially the driver saw that watch & when Abhijeet found that the old man was lying...our super detective 😃 ...Daya sir & Asha r looking very good...side actors r also very good specially the taxi driver (I forgot his name)...overall I like it 😃

He Had a ferocious at the same time kind at the same time serious look in vanishing lady. Really the story was great. The twists were so well managed. And the ending , I just love the ending It was so different

And yes he was wearing a coat😊

You are confused between Behrupiya and 2 Abhijeets.

2 Abhijeets is a 2001-02 episode.

The one you are talking about is Behrupiya and in that episode they show Daya hmmm...as if 'dead' you know. In the next episode, he's back in full form but they didn't show it. 😃

Watching 2 Abhijeets.

Another Abhijeet-phasao case...though not fully like that.

When the guy says that Abhijeet has taken bribe even in the name of Asha, she gives a disgusted look. After that when Abhijeet enters the office, he asks Freddie what happened. Freddie just turns away and says 'kuch nahin sir'...it was a very nice expression...quite different from the present form of Freddie. Then Abhijeet asks Asha..even she denies knowing anything. After Abhijeet leaves, she shakes her head and gives a disgusted look. Of course now no one would believe that Abhijeet would ever take a bribe, but those days it was different. They didn't know him that well and he was still in his shell with a brooding expression. Hadn't become the 'smiling, naughty Abhijeet'.

Daya doesn't really react. Then once it is confirmed that our Abhijeet was not doing it, the guy asks 'aapke yahan do-do Abhijeet hai', Daya gives a slap on the shoulder and says 'bas yehi hai'. I loved the way he said it. As if saying 'how dare you accuse Abhijeet'. 😆

Later when they raid the bar...

Abhijeet: Toh CID inspector Abhijeet, kya haal hai tere???? 🤣

Daya : Police wala banne ka bohot shauk hai?

Abhijeet : Yeh mere naam se paise ikhatte karne ka kya chakkar hai, HAIN???? 🤣

And Abhijeet's expression was absolutely scary!!! 👏

In the case of 2 Abhijeet's.. Every scene and dialog till the fake abhijeet dies is real awesome... i mean...its so wonderfully done... i just love that part 👏

From the moment fake abhijeet dies... it becomes a normal khooni story... solved in the golden era way
