I kind of didn't like the scene before our trio sing yeh phool chaman mein..i.e. where anushka laughs at freddy...But then... it was just awesome... loved our trio singing.

When i watched this episode when it was aired i didnt know that daya sir sang so very well....came to know that only during JDJ... But one should accept... in yeh phool chaman mein.. song... ACP sir's voice was even better than Daya sir's.

And i had never expected acp sir to reply in a casual way when Daya sir asks "sir aap ne hrishikesh mukharjee ki films dekhi hai".. He was so sweer.. "haan dekhi hai.. anupama... ......waah kya filme banate the... hrishida"

Daya was a bit hesitant in opening up his voice in front of ACP...even that's part of acting, you know...how can a junior sing a song in front of his boss? Satam sir has a good voice and Daya's sounded a bit subdued. But we know he sings well...how well he sang the 'Dekha ek khwab' in JDJ! 😃

Abhijeet, well.....I guess he was 'forced' to sing as both ACP and Daya were singing and he couldn't keep quiet.

And the other part....as you said that was the real ACP...the one we all love. He knew that Daya had something in mind when he talked about a movie out of he blue. He didn't scold him for it...I loved that part. Daya's detection skills were very well highlighted there.
