This episode was just fab 👏👏👏. For once it was able to make my mom and brother, the usual critics of CID eat their own words. The whole episode was gripping and gave me a nostalgic effect of late 90's CID 😍. The scene of our duo with the Khabri was realistic and natural 👍🏼 . The locations of the railway station and slums, just as Debayon said really built the apt atmosphere 😛. I liked Kajol's performance since she was calm and sober. Fredericks for once was out of his tomfoolery and gave a very decent performance.

But the showstealer was undoubtedly Sr. Inspector Abhijeet⭐️. He is a natural performer and can essay any role with equal ease. His role as a drunkard was splendid and hilarious. Daya was great and I am happy that he is able to cope up with both jdj and CID. His concern for Abhijeet when he was attacked by the villain and the consequent slapping was great. The final scene where Abhijeet has flashes of memory wherein he wipes the blood from the mirror and his expressio sent a chill down my spine 😲. As I said this episode was great and if the team keeps up the same standard , They can end the year on a successful note
