Its being dull in the forum with new episode threats and some horror promos. So lets share your nostalgic thoughts about cid. Your sweetest cid incident, what is that....dont know a thread exist or not....but i need some relief.

For me the sweetest cid memory is ....i will tell you later 😉

My most memorable memories about CID.

1. Channel surfing and finding Ashutosh Gowarikar in a new TV serial called 'CID'. Started watching CID, not on a regular basis.

2. Missing Bullet - the clincher. Made me an addict and a fan of Daya.

3. Last episode of Insp Viren. Missed him for a long time after that.

4. A rainy day in July, when I saw Stolen Dynamite and was pissed off because the cable TV transmission went off at the most critical moment. I desperately waited for the re-run and watched it. Became fan of Abhijeet.

starts with the first episode i saw- Impossible Murder and fallen in love with Abhijeet... More about Aditya i guess 😳
CID 111- waa just extraa excited about the fact that MY CID is joining Guiness Book of world records 🥳
Behroopiya- Cried entire week... Lost in my own sad world.... What was that!! 😭
Lapata Ladkiya- Daya is alive!!! Yay 🤗

Joined IF in search of CID videos.... Inspired by the craze, 16th June came in my life! ( Sweetest of all)

rest Sweet memories include those dreams which i had or read on IF and most importantly the relationship tht i share with the show and show members and also IF members! All thanx To CID! 😃

in 99 i first started watching the show. It was a long back so dont remember the orderly i do watch. But if my memory is correct, it was the drunken killer.i skipped channel many time, since i didnt understand a word and was a kid. I saw daya,abhijit and acp ajatshatru as a drunker, the theme was unclear,but the car, tape,finger print stuff was nice. After a long time i watched injured witness. I feel like this officer is gonna kill victim, any way he look like shaktiman.....at that time i was his fan 😆
As the episode is over i feel pity to that officer,feel proud about him.from 2000 onwards i turned a regular viewer....saw all episodes , have thoughts about this young,energetic shaktiman. At that time he was a junior officer,but i realised that i cant see episodes without him. It was vaccum without him.....
I saw blind witness, and i though why this man take care of acp just like his father, it was so touching to see him sleeping over table at that night......he disappeared from the show soon.....after case of missing man he was absent....i waited waited and waited for him. Till then i never know that this person is so important in my life.....i thought he left the show and will never come back. I wrote about him in my diary.
And finally he came back......i was happy, just like a peacock dancing under cloudy sky......

And that was the sweetest memory about cid

Where is everyone.

Was not active here doesn't mean nightmares.

For me which was exactly first episodes i saw don't know, I was small. Not CID freak also. Gradually it became part of my life. I was enjoying everything performance, suspense, everything. It was so perfect. It inspired me at various times. Although now I am grown up but while watching CID I am small kid only. It takes me back to my childhood days.
Abhijeet's character I always like may be because creatives play with this character alot. But show can never be complete without trio and Asha (at that time) and now its Freddy, Vivek and Tasha also.

Its long list of cases with which one memory or other is joined. I share some with already mentioned above, Inheritance has special place.

I joined IF in November that step took me to new phase.

Wow !! Such sweet and lovely memories out here !!
My turn,I don't need to go many years back for refreshing CID memories as I started with this show in 2009 during reruns !!

1)Well the best memory was to be forcibly made to watch CID online by my brother an ardent CID fan !! I still remember it was Accused officer and that very day Abhijeet Sir won my heart !! My curiosity to know the mystery behind this man was the reason I started this show !!

2) Watching Case of 4 Rina's my first Case on TV !! Ashwini Kalsekar giving her one of the best ever episodes of CID !! Her dynamic yet simple personality made me feel "Wow this show's got such excellent actors !! I must watch this for sure" after that I used to just watch reruns,no friday episodes yet !!

3)First Friday episode I saw that made me cry for 1 whole week 😭 Behroopiya !! This tall and handsome guy Daya and his best friend Abhijeet along with the lovely leader ACP won me heart !! After that I became a dedicated Daya and ACP fan as well !!

4)Becoming a regular member on IF mainly for videos and rerun discussions and since then CID became even more interesting for me 😃 along with Rishtey-Highway discussions,talking about it day and night !!

5)Abhijeet In Coma-Promo to Episode was an experience for me !! I realised how badly I was attached to CID and Officers

6)Signature Campaign !! Day and night discussing with others about it and then sitting late in night putting the signatures and then the day it was sent,I felt so happy 😃

And now all I can hope is that I get to add some more memories surely in the near future !!!

Can't really choose any one of them, there are so many. The stories just kept on hooking me closer and closer as the show progressed through the early 2001. But I think I greatly value the episodes of this period which were character-centred and made me grow so connected to them. Although I liked them since the beginning, these episodes only enhanced that even more.

Satam sir's performance as being blinded in the Case Of The Blind Witness and the cases leading up to the Case Of The Missing Man totally bowled me over. I couldn't help but mull over it for days, hoping that he would regain his eyesight in the next episode, and the the final one of that series was a really powerful way of completing both the objectives - solving the case and ACP sir regaining eyesight. I had to fight back tears during that, the entire episode was so wonderful. But it's grown so special for me seeing how I became a big fan of ACP and Satam sir. 😃

I loved Abhi sir's performances right from the Stolen Dynamite case itself, his portrayal of a tortured man suffering from memory loss is a total classic. But my actual "fan" moment struck me when in the Accused Officer case (I hope this is the one? A little confused about the title) when that knuckle-headed mob rushed to attack him 😡😡 and I felt like diving into the TV and helping him myself. I knew then that he had made a definite impression on my mind, and that impression has only continued to strengthen till today! 😊

Sadly I haven't seen Missing Bullet yet (fingers crossed they air it in the re-runs), but the Case Of The Father's Revenge (again, not sure of the title... I'm kinda bad at remembering these! 😆) was the one where Daya sir won me over. When Daya sir is criticized for accidentally killing the guy having critical information about the child, seeing his guilt and wanting to resign (brilliant performance by Satam sir here too) which ultimately leads to him throwing himself as a shield on the said child in the treacherous explosion arena was stunning. The Case Of The Injured Witness is really special for the same reason, Daya sir's amazing performances in these are unforgettable. 😃

Traitors In CID is another personal favourite because I had had a really bad day before when I saw this, and it really made me feel much better. The Inheritance (CID 111) was the one which I had to keep trying to catch again and again because I couldn't watch it properly the first few times for various reasons (power cuts, guests etc.), so it's memorable for the hard-earned victory when I finally managed to watch it in one go. 😆 And of course, the emotional powerhouse that was Beheroopiya is also really memorable despite the flaws in the story, because of the stunnig performances from each and every member of the team (I still can't get over Abhi sir saying "Yeh laash nahin, Daya hai, doctor! 😭) and the horrid cliffhanger which made the entire CID fandom hold their breaths for a week. Although I knew in my heart that Daya sir will be fine, I couldn't help but be haunted by that scene in my nightmares and shudder thinking about it. What a relief and triumph the following episode was! 😃 It's even more special because that made our forum lively and active! 😃

There are certainly many more I'm missing, but these immediately come to mind! 😊

How did i miss Highway??? Of course that phase of discussing about it ....wah wah! what an experience!😍
