Yeah, but when we look at it, we tend to dislike an episode if there is less of Daya or Abhijit and too much of the newcomers in it. I personally would find a good case boring if there is no Abhi/Daya in it. But, there might be people who like the newcomers and want to watch it only for them, right? Maybe not many on the forums, but people might be liking the change.

Besides, the main thing is that Daya and Aditya cant give enough time for both the episodes. Instead of dividing whatever little time they have for both the episodes, it would be good if they gave all their time to the Friday's episode.

If they totally remove CID on Saturdays I really would be happy Prabha. But, I doubt if they are gonna do that anytime soon. So, in such a case, it's better to find ways to work around the bi-weekly format.
And it looks like Salil Singh doesnt want to give up directing CID at any cost....so in such a situation it's better to push him off into the Saturday episodes slot 😉, otherwise we'll have to deal with him on fridays too 😆

I know our officers are human beings, I understand our trio does not fall under the youngster category anymore, I don't over expect from them. Well said Visrom. But the trio are the best. And if any of them are missing it reminds that one important part in the show is missing, may be the story is good enough. Because we are used to as u said....

Just imangine...there is no other show where so much thing are discussed..right from story lines,scripts,charectors...but it's happens with CID ? WHY?...kuch to hein...right from beginig it's our favorite show coz it's gave us good stories,actors..specially TRO and fredy,Asha,sudhakar,Niyati...latter VIvek and tasha Tasha .ABHi and DAYA what g gr8 pair...they they have developed that way we feel like both are our best friends..BHai...both are part of life...ACP sir their attitude their dedication makes him all time Favorite COP.even we admir ehim real life Police...and FRedy..he is our best friend..his loving and caring nature dekhake lagata hein...kasha aisa bhi sweet dost hota hmara..because aisa dost nahi milata

Dayanand sir ws there in CID even b4 Aditya sir came as a criminal. but wen he joined in as Inspector Abhijeet, he ws made senior 2 d role played by Dayanand sir. Daya wud call Abhijeet as SIR though he ws in CID even b4 Aditya sir had entered. Onscreen they had showed that Daya had worked under Abhijeet during his training, but Offscreen it went different. Dayanand sir ws actually thr b4 Aditya sir had come. just like Sachin n Vivek.

So maybe the creatives thot we wud accept this too like we accepted DAYABHI. who knows...
