must say daya and abhi are made for each other. one time abhi protect daya.other time daya protect abhi. both can't let each of them down in front of anybody.always be there in the time of need. in "unknown conspiracy case" when aditi told acp to search abhi's house for shell and bullet, daya eventually scold at aditi. he even got angry with forensic expert for blaming abhi.
then in murderer's affair, when daya saw the bedge of his organage, he didn't tell anything to acp but told everything to abhi.the trust he has in abhi is just out of this world. he share his very personal matter with abhi with so much ease but not with acp.also abhi immediately came to daya's side and took charge of the situation when acp forced daya to reveal the truth behind the bedge.
lastly in revenge of the criminal, when acp showed the photo in which abhi pointed the gun at the girl, daya asked to acp "who took this photo" but not questioned at abhi's integrity. acp was also knowing the bonding between the two, so he said daya ki "tumne ye photo kisne li ye dikhai diya but woh ladki kaise mari woh nahin dikhai diya" (exact dialouge not remember).
this shows how both are dependable on each other. trust each other. made for each other. short of words to describe their true friendship. love u both of u.
