Yep no regrets for sure, except this one case which Kal El brought to my notice where Daya-Abhi made an appearance in Episodes 13-14 of CID SB. It was not a crossover case. [Must be to boost TRPs]

This one is different. There were 3 Cross Over cases between CID and SB, in which the case started in CID, continued in SB and then ended in CID next week.. They were:

MURDER BY NUMBERS [4 Parts]
MAD BOMBER [4 Parts]
ANOKHA INTEQUAM [6 Parts]

Anokha Intequam was in 6 parts of which 2-5 were shown in SB which is what we saw in CID did not make much sense.

The Episodes I have mentioned above are CID SB Episodes 13-14 is different from all the above mentioned cases. This was a CID SB case where Daya-Abhi made an appearance.

I firmly believe that was just not our Daya Sir talking, I can't for my life believe it can be him. Daya Sir would never ever say that. Who wrote those rubbish dialogs?

When Abhi Sir was kidnapped Daya Sir was there with him, when he was found Daya Sir was the one who got him from the dikki, he was there when Abhi Sir did not recognize his mom and he was there too when he told them that his mom died of shock since her son did not recognize her.

Oh God for my life I can never ever believe Daya Sir can say "Faking Memory Loss", "Being associated with goons who kidnapped him" that's whole lot of carp. Believe me I was not so upset even when he broke my heart choosing that Purvi as I was after that scene. If he had not apologized to Abhi Sir, for the first time in my life I would have been really upset with Daya Sir.

The re-run schedule still shows episode numbers in the 500s and 600s (in random order). I wonder when they will jump back to 2002/pre-2002 episodes. Meanwhile they are mercilessly teasing us on Classic Cases with the occasional old episode. 😒

About Daya's strange behaviour, I have mentally edited out those parts from the episode. I want to forget about them altogether. Jai ho "Fast-Forward button" Maharaj ki. 😆

Exactly. It doesn't make any sense to show these crossover cases without the SB episodes. I would have liked it if they had shown these cases with the relevant crossover episodes edited together. For example: Anokha Intequam would have a total running time of about 2 hours with all 6 episodes combined. They could easily show that in a single afternoon.

I have got over most of the stuff in that last episode, except this one piece of dialogue...I am just unable to digest it...I am not able to look at Daya the same way in any of the old episodes now...maybe I need to see the re-runs of Behroopiya some 50 times to come out of it and convince myself that Daya only said it in a fit of anger and frustration and didn't really mean it.

Yeah just like I have not been able to digest Arvind being Abhi Sir, I believe that was just not Daya Sir to begin with, that was just not him, it just can't be him. He entered post that scene. Thats how I got over it.
