Okay so we all know that we humans have a tendency of getting scared
thats hw we got the 'aal izz well' funda
bt it doesn't wrk for me,my brain is sooooo .... confused tensed and scared

So..
wht do you guys do when u have to calm urself?

What i do :
Tear paper
Wash clothes (eww very rare)
Listen to music
or IFing..

u?? 😛😛

Music, IF, bubble bath, watch a funny film/program, talk to friends

baathroom I mean toilet is a best place for relaxation ... you get a kind of relief after answering to all .... ahaa what a relaxation yaar

I relax myself by listening to music [obvious], watching funny movies/shows, and sleeping 😊
