Week 43: Zee @ No.4 - Page 2

This is great

None of Zee shows are in top 10; maha episodes or not.

PR may have done well for itself, but has not helped Zee one bit. Zee has lost its standing from #2 to # 4 after CB ended.

CB held Zee together for all of 2009 and for better half of 2010. Even though DJ and Zee stopped promoting and supporting CB, CB managed decent TRP. In fact, the CB TRP's continued to be far better than most of the Zee show, including the new ones.

CB story line faltered a lot this past six months. But Avinash and Rubina's amazing acting and their chemistry together held the viewers and the fans. We all continued to support CB waiting for Dev's return. And just when Dev returned and a new Imarti track was introduced, Zee pulled the rug from beneath CB's feet.

This was bad enough and then Zee continued to insult the fans by not acknowledging the role CB had played in its success. Zee officials made false statements re. CB TRP's etc.They have yet to acknowledge the amazing talent of the actors, especially Avinash And Runbina who were primarily responsible for its success.

To me, Zee has lost all credibility with the viewers and until they make amends, Zee will continue to lose ground. What Zee needs to do is make amends...by doing the following

• COO of Zee needs to come out and publicly acknowledge that CB was its flag ship show
• COO of Zee needs to come out and also acknowledge that ending CB abruptly was a mistake
• Zee needs to acknowledge the talent of Avinash and Rubina for their incredible performance and give them credit for holding the show together--- even when there were no writers to write the script, there was no production house supporting the cast and the crew, no creative personnel working on the show..
• Create a show for Avinash and Rubina and bring them back together as a lead pair.

Until Zee does that, Zee is completely off my radar

@bold: radhika these are not the week's TAMs. So can't say abt the mahaepisode's ratings. Rest completely agree with u but doubt the admitting part would happen.

Zee is playing Snakes and Ladder game and they keep falling on or get bitten by the snakes.

All the snakes from the Thaksak goofa are out on a rampage. Attacking Amma was cut short too soon, and so now they are taking their revenge on Zee.

Im wondering the same(haven't followed zee much as star)...but this is the third time PR*zee's lone saviour* has not been in the top ten in the past ten weekdays and they now are thinking of a leap in PR *which im so not sure whether is gonna work*... Star is launching a new show at 9pm slot in Nov and im eagerly waiting to see how it performs.
