Goodness, I have so many favorite scenes Tazzi, I wouldn't know where to start and where to end.

Many many of the radev scenes that touched me were the ones filled with pain, with their longing for each other, and the love for each other that they sacrificed for the sake of their families.

The first episode that I saw was when Dev was in the mela with a payal in his hand, trying to look for Rads and Rads standing around with Nandu and her long long hair open. I was hooked! But it wasn't until later that I started watching the show regularly.

But there were some scenes that touched my heart more so than others.

~ One scene that will remain in my heart forever is the scene when Devki spots Radhika and Dev at the kund after Radhika jumps in the water trying to hide from Vishaka and Dev.

Later that night Radhika tries to talk to Devki and Devki completely ignores her. Radhika knows something is wrong but doesn't understand why her mother is treating her so. She tries to massage Devki's legs but Devki pulls away from her. Radhika distraught asks Devki " tell me maa what is the matter please tell me".

My heart just broke at that scene. I have two daughters, and that night with tears in my eyes I vowed I would never treat my children as if they didn't matter.

~Then another scene where maybe I truly fell in love with Dev's character was when Radhika was so excited to go to the Phool Bangla and then Amma in front of everyone says something to the effect that "No Radhika can't go to a temple or do pumas because she belongs to a lower caste".

And Dev tells Amma that "as far as I know Radhika has already sat for a puja (referring to the RP puja) and that Society lives for us and we do not live for the society" That probably was one of my favorite dialogues in the show. Dev's character was shining like the sun at that moment. I loved his strength, his defiance, his need to protect Radhika.

~Another scene that seared my soul was during the second wedding rituals when Vaishali refused to do some ritual and send her blessings to Radhika, because of the Varnasankar issue.

Both Dadi and Dev was trying to put some sense into Vaishali's head. Finally Dadi pulls Dev along and says if 'she cannot do the ritual I will stand in place of your mother and do it'. As Dev walks out of the room he turns back and looks at Vaishali beseechingly, his eyes full of hurt and a desperate need for her approval of his love for Radhika.

I have so many more that I will remember forever especially scenes involving Radhika and Shastri ji and Dev and Shastri ji and so on, but that could take me forever to write down.

How beautifully these emotions and dilemmas were portrayed by all the actors on the show. Of course and I can never forget Dev's bare chest. 😳

One day the tv was on and I was walking across the lounge in my parents house and saw this scene on tv.......A young man and his friend are going in a car to bring the young mans wife (who is in her parents house in Vrindavan) back to Delhi. The young man did not look very happy about it and his friend was refering to him as Dev Bhaiya and the friend was Birju.....the wifes name I heard was Vishaka. On the way their car breaks down and both stand on the road waiting for any other means of transport........at the same time a small truck passes these two. Sitting at the back of this tuck was this very innocent looking girl ........when the eyes of the young man meets the eyes of the young girl, something happend to me. I was completely mesmerised and standing in the lounge staring at the tv screen........the truck moves away and the young man stops his friend from halting the truck. I think my mother was watching the show and I asked her who is that girl and she told me that her name is Radhika.

Anyway my mother told me the story and I was bewildered at the fact that how can this marriage fiasco happen. Since I was visiting India I did not dwell on it and spent my time visiting my friends and family, but that scene remained with me. After returning to London, that scene again kept on bugging me and I decided to check out the story myself .........thats how I started my journey with CB.

After watching Kasam Se I thought I will never watch another serial again. My friend kept telling me to watch CB and I was adamant about watching another serial. One day I just turned on the TV and this was exact scene that I saw and IO got hooked on to it.
Thank you Avinash and Rubina.

I have so many from last year. Some of them were before I started watching the show. I went back and watched few of them.
1. The truck scene where Dev stop Birju from stopping it as he sees Radhika sitting in it and he realizing that he lost her as he is now married to Vishaka.
2. Mandir scene where Dev gives Radhika her payal back and it falls on the ground as Radhika's hand touches his and he is affected by her touch. The payal breaks and Dev is remorseful that something so precious broke. Radhika stops him from collecting the pieces as she states that this payal will now never be repaired and it will break again and again. She was comparing herself to that payal because their relationship was broken and it was never to be resumed again in her mind.
3. The funeral scene where Dev breaks down and blames Radhika for his father's death.
4. The phone calls where Dev can't see her face, but wants to talk to her as she reminds him of his DG.
5. The RP puja when he ties mangalsutra in her neck .
6. Haridwar confrontation and the famous hug
7. When Dev injures his foot while trying to relocate Radhika from the storeroom. Radhika uses her dupatta to wipe his blood and tears are flowing from her eyes. Then, Dev realizes that Radhika loves him a lot.
Will come back with more later on.

I am really Sad right now! I Try to stop feeling sasd about CB ending by not being active on the forum then I cant keep myslef away! ts just too good I read the written updates Man the updaters are so good so detailed that I dont even have to watch it just read it and sometimes if it is a must watch I watch it! Thank you so much Updaters!

But then now I am watching CB all over again SO that way maybe I can cherish those moments again! Anyways I was here to tell about my favorite Radev moment and look I start talking about CB ending 😆 😆

[/FONT] So My Favourite Radev moment would be when...hmmm let me think...Hmmm..Yeah Umm The one where They are about to go to the Piknik and then Dev has his finger on his lip and asking Radhika to do it too..Radhika refuses and says no since everybody was putting their luggage in the Van that they were going in. Dev is insisting and Radhika pretends to slip and Dev catches her being the super hero..When he catches her Radhika kisses him on his hceek and Dev is surprised and Radhika laughs at that part.

I liked that part because it was sooo cute Dev wanted only a finger kiss and she when beyond that and kissed him straight on his cheek and his surprised face was soo funny!!
😆 😆

Thanks Tazzi for opening this topic SO we can remember those Radev moments...And I read all of the favorites and all of them are sooo cute!! I love all of the Radev moments!

Actually it is not my idea.......one spl person gave me this idea.
Here is another favorite of my mom and I.........
After Phool Bangla Dev is waiting for Radhika and she is missing. Radhika is with Devki, who does not want her to go with the Purohits to Delhi because she feels that Radhika is taking all Vishaka's happiness away from her. Toward end of their conversation....Radhika says to her My Kanha has given me permission to go with Vishaka to Delhi and after while Devki let goes of her hand. Radhika runs to get to Dev. Meanwhile Dev just left after waiting. She runs and falls down in disappointment and then here comes her knight in shinning armour Dev. She looks up with a smile and relief that he came for her. All of sudden her mood changes and she becomes serious. Dev says to her you thought I left you......I could never leave you alone and he says to her that I knew you came back for me. She says no I came back for Vishaka. While they're walking with Dev's killer smile......the song Jia Jhalak plays on the background. Such a beautiful scene and dialogues. Just pure Radev Magic............

Since I started watching this since june 09 and went back to see the old episodes my fav scenes started with

after the rape attempt on Radhika and when she screams and all go to her and when Dev goes to meet her and tells her I love u the most why I should not meet u that scene is one of my fav

then the parikrama scene after hariyali pooja when suddenly u see Devs hand trying to lift her up and helps her in completing the parikrama

another scene when they meet first time again after the completion of mahamrutunjaya jaap and then when Radhika takes him around the ashram and their silent dialogues

oh there are so many good scenes the list is endless

The beautiful way Avinash and Rubina and the entire cast have played their roles is mindblowing they have made all characters life like to us no ones performed appeared like acting or out of place it was done so well.

I have so many favorites. Thank you for giving me chance to relive the scenes:

-When Dev first sees Radhika and is mesmerized by her dancing at raas leela
-When they meet for the second time and she tells him not to disturb Radha Krishen
-When Radhika is in the truck and Dev sees her going by
-Mandir scene where Radhika puts on sindoor to make Dev think she is married to someone else and he returns the payal
-Haridwaar hug in the rain
-When Radhika takes care of a sick Dev and when he wakes up, promises to never leave him
-The hug on the terrace when they are hiding from Mrinalini
-Vat Savitri puja pheres
-Dev and radika looking at each other between drying sarees when he is trying to make her admit her love
-when Radhika returns from an outing with Keshav and Dev watches her get out of the car and their eyes meet- such pain, such helplessness in both their eyes

One more - when Radhika is climbing Goverthan by doing dandvat pranam and at one point can not go on anymore and stumbles and Dev is there and 'samals' her and helps her to complete her task. Again, the look that Avi portrayed will stay with me forever as a true saathi.
