What is shantanu real motive?

Okay guys i am confused about one thing, i would like to know why shantanu told mrinalini on the phone the other day that he is feeling very low bcoz rads is with him (dev) when she should have been with me. Yesterday the rose petals scene where he shouted rads name, also when dev refused to go to his home he said one day u will come to my home and start your new life radhika, all this shows he is obsessed with rads but again what is the story that mrinalini told him and what brought on his sudden feelings towards radhika??? I hope this comes to the fore soon. I thought from the maha episode promo where he had pointed to something we would have found out the truth.

We all thought his motive was radhika with good reasons bcoz from the last couple of episodes he seem really obsessed with her, he was very angry whenever he saw dev holding rads and when rads kiss dev hand in the restaurant he was very upset.

It is clear to me he is obsessed with radhika, bcoz he even said to mrinalini on the phone after he had seen rads that he has found a reason to live...

But today we also hear him saying his family only gave birth to him but he is resposible for who he is today, rem. the article stated that some dark purohit family secrets will be revealed could it be he is related to them??

What is Mr. Shantanu Real Motive??

Today's episode was really disturbing and confusing,
It looks like that how he was looking at Radika with bad nazar,he wants to get Radika in his life.
Another thing what I think when Vaishali wanted to know about his parents how he gave answer her back he looks like ,he belonged with purohit family or may be he is Vikram.I think that his real motto is to get Radika or wanted to get a revenge from Purohit family.

Sunita I think it is a combination of both he wants Rad and he also wants to take revenge from Purohits.He must be somehow related to Purohits.Rad must be resembling someone he loves either wife ar GF.Wonder what happened to her.

Chalhov, i am also leaning towards this after today's episode. I am sure about him wanting rads bcoz he is always looking at her and angry when he see radev in a close moment. I guess his wife or girlfriend was rads lookalike and maybe she died but the part thats bothering me why he told mrinalini he is feeling very low bcoz rads is with dev when she should be with him, why should someone else's wife be with him? He also mentioned to mrinalini that she was right after seeing rads he have found a reason to live, how mrinalini and him know eachother??

Sun this is what I think... I do not know how much truth would be in that...

i think santanu is after getting radhika and to achieve that he needs to break radev bond and thats why he has joined hands with visakha,,,,but the real reason why he is after radhika is still known and we will come to know about in future days,,but i am not too scared of santanu ,,as i am scared of amma and visakha,,,santanu only knows something about radhika whose info may be he has got from mrin or by doing some detective job,,,,but amma and vish's plans are very evil,,,and they have an upper hand bcoz they will always try to emotionally blackmail radhika and remind her about her obligations,,,,and also the weakness in radh's life is dev and shastriji,,to save her father's reputation,,,she has always sacrificed her happiness and this time too,,she will not hesitate to do that....

if santanu knows everything about radhika ,,he would also know that radhika was married to dev but no he only knows that part of radhika which all know....

wat could hapen is..... "radhika" mite invite "MR.HITEN" to PB........cuz he saved DEV.......n she muz do sumtin to thank him.........so while hiten stays there.....radhika will take gud care of him as a "guest" bt for othr ppl they'l be like tinking....rads is getting attached to him cuz she spends more time taking care of him n not dev.......n dev too may misunderstood wif stupid vishaka kanya and the 3clowns poisoning his mind......so its like.....they'l tell dev tat....cant u see tat radhika is geting close wif hiten and has no time for u as she is buzy entertaining him ...and this will be a golden oppurtunity fr vishaka kanya to tackle dev..stuf like tat......gr8.....

But watever hapens........RADEV...wil win the battle n save thier LOVE....tatz fr sure......kanha is wif them too....😃

I also think it's a combination of both for Shantanu. I feel that he wants revenge from the Purohits and will use Radhika to get it. He is especially angry at Dev because he may feel like Dev has all the power and rights that he (Shantanu) was supposed to have, if for example he is an illegitimate Purohit son. He knows Dev's biggest weakness is Radhika. By taking Radhika away from Dev he thinks he will bring down Dev's defenses completely and make Dev weak. Then while Dev is in this weakened state, Shantanu feels he can attack and usurp Dev's power and position. This is just my guess. I find it totally creepy how Shantanu keeps insisting that RaDev come to his house. What does he want to do to them once he has them in his house?
