Haan there is an antidote for it...stop giving vachans..you can just say that I will do my best to fulfill it, but cannot promise...it is cos we give promise or vachan, we tied ourself, it means we are bound to it..rain or shine...😃😊

I personally agree to u raj that one should not give promises just left and right as in ur life some or the other time comes when u break them so its better if u avoid them.. I personally am against making promises
